Possible acquisitions & wants

Locomotives:
- 0-6-0 DM RH 395303 of 1956 is currently located at TJ Thomson & Sons at Stockton - The loco has been inspected but following negotiations with R. Turner, the yard manager, we decided not to proceed with purchase at this time due to financial constraints, as far as we know it it still there...
With regards to mainline locos:
- A class 14 diesel hydraulic - Preferably an ex NCB Ashington machine
- A class 20 diesel electric - Preferably one involved with RFS on the Channel tunnel project
- A class 37/4 diesel electric- preferably no 37.410 (Aluminium 100)
- A class 56 diesel electric - Preferably 56.134 (Blyth Power)
Coaching stock & passenger vehicles:
We require a couple of exterior doors for our Mk 1 BSK.
Wagons & service vehicles:
Our Permanent Way maintenance train is developing following our aquision of the HPA ballst wagon in addition to the crane and the possible use of the AVRs two 4w 30ft flatbed wagons, but we are still on the look out for additional vechicles i.e. a couple of salmon type flatbeds, a few more HPA or dogfish type ballast wagons and a shark brake van.
We also have contact with the On Track Plant Preservation Group who own of a few items of on-track plant; further details of this group can be found on the OTPPG website.
Materials:
Track materials of any type are always in demand to help us improve our storage lines. In particular we are after: concrete sleepers for flat bottom rail - i.e. F27 or similar; Pandrol 401A clips to secure flat bottom rail to sleepers; fishplates and associated bolts for 95RBH rail and 113A FB rail.
Road vehicles:
A new vehicle may be acquired to replace the now scrapped Ogri, and supplement Mitzi. We are weighing up either a ex MoD Land Rover Lightweight, 101, 110 or 127, or a V8 Range Rover Mk 1. We also have plans for a small road rail vehicle...
