Problem Location Description

• Catcleuch Embankment: Lowered and widened
• Dawston Burn: Viaduct over B6357 demolished.
• Myredykes: Former road over-bridge demolished and C200 realigned.
• Deadwater - Kielder: Part of route in use as cycle way.
• Kielder - Falstone: Submersed under Kielder Water

Current condition:

There are plans to use part of the track-bed from Riccarton Jcn - Kielder in the construction of a freight line to carry timber from Kielder Forest.
